1. Overview

English Test Online ("we", "us", "our") provides an online English level assessment platform available at englishleveltestonline.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. How It Works

Our service works as follows:

• You complete a free English placement test (50 questions, approximately 15 minutes).
• After completing the test, you can unlock your detailed results by paying a one-time fee of $1 USD.
• By paying the $1 unlock fee, you agree to the creation of a user account and the activation of a membership with a 3-day free trial.
• After the 3-day trial period, your membership automatically renews at $57 USD per month.
• Your membership gives you access to all test results, detailed breakdowns, study recommendations, and additional premium tests.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing the $1 payment:

• You authorize us to charge $1 USD immediately for unlocking your test results.
• You agree to the activation of a monthly membership subscription with a 3-day free trial.
• After the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged $57 USD per month.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

• Cancel through your dashboard by going to the Membership section, or contact us directly.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• The initial $1 unlock fee is non-refundable.
• If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged the $57 monthly fee.

5. Account Creation

When you pay the $1 unlock fee, an account is automatically created for you using the email address you provide. You can also sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Test Results and Accuracy

Our placement test provides an estimated CEFR level (A1–C2) based on your answers. While we strive for accuracy, our assessment is indicative and does not replace official language certifications such as Cambridge, IELTS, or TOEFL exams.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including test questions, scoring algorithms, and study materials, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on test results for educational or professional decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
